The combination of colours and patterns that I use to make my quilts mean that each one is unique. The Shibori quilts are hand dyed and hand quilted. I use 100% cotton fabric for the top of the quilt and the backing as I wish to ensure that my work is not only beautiful but durable and high quality. I keep the cost of my work affordable as I wish my quilts to be used and enjoyed. I sign and date each article.
Currently I am making three ranges of quilts - Crazy Nine Patch >, Log cabin > and Shibori >, as well as commissioned designs.
Quilts are made to fit:
- Cot (Please note: Quilts must not be put over a sleeping child before they are 18 months of age)
- 3'-0" bed
- 4'-6" bed
- King size (please contact me for quotation)
The quilts are made in different fabric styles and colours to suit a variety of interiors. All can be used as throws or as wall hangings. (Please let me know if you would like a hanging sleeve attached to the back of the quilt.)
On the page for each range you will find information about the patchwork technique used and the quilting method. I am happy to email you photographs of colour combinations or to post fabric samples to you.
I update my range every six months so please keep an eye on my web site. I am also happy to work to commission.
I also produce a range of small items that are ideal as gifts together with a range of cards.

The price of each quilt includes postage and packing on the UK mainland (Please contact me by email > for cost of postage to other areas.) You can purchase direct from the site using PayPal or you are of course welcome to pay by cheque if you prefer to send payment through the post. If you wish to pay by cheque please CLICK HERE> for a printable order form. I post items as soon as an order is received so you will receive your item within a week. Orders are sent by recorded delivery. Items are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged please return with 10 days for a refund. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you may return any quilt (except custom made) for any reason, within 7 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs for return will have to be borne by the customer, except in the case of faulty goods. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items for return are packaged securely. |
